In their visit to the Kingdom of Spain to meet female officials
of the Chamber of Catalonia.
In
their visit to the Kingdom of Spain, a delegation of young women met with
members and members of the Catalonian Chamber of Commerce to review the efforts
of the Catalonian government and its programs aiming to support women in the
business sector.
For
her part, Al Anoud Al Ramah, the head of the Young Businessmen Council, praised
the steps taken by the Catalonian government to enhance the promising business sectors,
referring to the Catalonian experience in the industrial system, which provided
information on production Industrial
equipment, services and technological solutions.
Catalonian
government has supported the food industry, which accounts for nearly 20% of
the country industrial revenue, as well as the chemical, energy and resource
industries. Catalonia accounts for 40% of the value of Spain chemical trade, as
well as taking steps in the health industry. Pharmaceutical
is the traditional engine of the local economy, and its interest in the fashion
sector, Catalonia is a center to a large number of prestigious design schools.
The
vicar of the Chamber of Young Women, Maram Al Jishi, urged the Spanish side to
share their experience in supporting business
pioneering and motivating the progress of small and medium institutions through
the establishment of incubator and business accelerators and supporting
innovation and technology. Women
in the Eastern Region in the Kingdom within thier efforts and initiatives of the
Council and Asharqia Chamber to pursue the goals of the vision of the Kingdom 2030
and the National Transformation Program 2020 to increase the participation of
women in the development of the local economy and diversification of sources of
national income).
The
delegation of the young businesswomen of Asharqia Chamber is composed of (14)
business pioneering started last Saturday 22 April, a visit to the Kingdom of
Spain, in order to learn about the most important facilities and Spanish
economic bodies and meet with their counterparts of businesswomen there.
The
delegation held several meetings with a number of Spanish officials and lawyers
to familiarize themselves with tax systems and the legal system in the Kingdom
of Spain and visited the Association of Women business pioneering in the
Barcelona Chamber of Commerce.
